• Return period - you have the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

• Condition of the product - return is possible only if the product has not been used, is kept in its original condition with all tags and packaging.

• Reasons for return :

  • The product does not correspond to the order (wrong size, model, color).

  • The product has defects or was damaged during transportation.

Conditions for exchange of goods

• Exchange period – possible exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

• Conditions for exchange :

  • The item has not been used and is in its original packaging.

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour or model, we will provide recommendations on your choice.

Return and exchange procedure

• After contacting customer support, we will provide you with a return address and packaging and shipping instructions.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

• Refunds are made after the goods have been received and checked for condition. The funds will be returned to the account from which the payment was made.
