Terms of use
This document is an official public offer of HVYLOAD LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” ) to enter into a contract for the sale and purchase of goods remotely with any legally competent individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer” ) under the terms and conditions set out below.
Placing an order on the website adidas.lviv.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” ) and/or paying for the order means the Buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer (acceptance).

2. Terms and definitions
- An offer is a public proposal to enter into an agreement.
- Acceptance – full acceptance of the terms of the offer by placing an order and/or payment.
- Product - footwear and related products presented on the website.
- An order is a duly completed request from the Buyer to purchase the selected Product through the Website.
- Carrier – a third party delivering the Goods to the Buyer.
3. Subject of the agreement
The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The sale of Goods is conducted remotely through the Website.
4. Ordering procedure
- The buyer independently selects the product on the website and places an order by filling out the appropriate form.
- An order is considered to be properly completed after all required information has been entered and the payment and delivery method has been selected.
- The Seller has the right to reject the Order if the Product is unavailable, the data is incorrect, or for other objective reasons.
- Product information, including images, descriptions and specifications, is for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
5. Product price and payment procedure
- The price of the Product is indicated on the Website in hryvnia (UAH), unless otherwise specified separately.
- The price specified in the completed Order is valid at the time of acceptance of the offer.
- Payment is made using the method selected by the Buyer when placing the Order and available on the Website.
- Commissions of banks, payment systems or delivery services are paid by the Buyer in accordance with their tariffs.
6. Delivery and transfer of goods
- Delivery of goods is carried out throughout Ukraine.
- Delivery times and costs depend on the selected delivery method and the Carrier's terms and conditions.
- The Seller's obligations to transfer the Goods are considered fulfilled from the moment the Goods are transferred to the Carrier.
- The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of its receipt.
- The buyer is obliged to check the goods upon receipt.
7. Return and exchange of goods
Return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
- Goods of proper quality can be returned if their presentation and consumer properties are preserved.
- A product of inadequate quality is subject to return or exchange after confirmation of a manufacturing defect.
- Return shipping costs are determined based on the return reasons.
8. Guarantees and liability
- The Seller guarantees that the Product corresponds to the description posted on the Website.
- The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer's incorrect choice.
- The Seller's liability is limited to the cost of the paid Goods.
9. Personal data
By placing an Order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement.
10. Force majeure
The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure.
11. Final Provisions
- The offer is valid indefinitely from the moment of publication on the website.
- The seller has the right to change the terms of the offer by publishing a new version.
- The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the agreement as a whole.
