Dispatch time
In most cases, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the package is handed over to the delivery service.
- Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM on a business day are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 15:00 are shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the first business day.
Delivery methods
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out exclusively through the Nova Poshta service:
- A Nova Poshta branch or parcel terminal is a convenient way to receive your order in your city.
- Nova Poshta courier – delivery directly to the specified address.
Shipping cost
- from 75 UAH - delivery to a branch or parcel terminal (1-3 days);
- from 95 UAH - courier delivery to your address (1-3 days).
After sending the order, we send the TTN number to track the parcel.
Payment methods
- Cash on delivery "Nova Poshta" - payment in cash or by card upon receipt.
- Online payment via the WayForPay payment system.
- Cashless transfer using the Seller's bank details.
